Raffle Draw Rules
VAsian Productions Presents: Vegas For Asians Raffle Promo
OFFICIAL RULES
1. HOW TO ENTER RAFFLE DRAWS: No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. Visit www.vegasfree4asians.com, register/log-in, go to the ‘join raffle’ page, click on the ‘enter raffle draw’ button. Winners are selected at random by the Producers from the pool of eligible registered contestants.
2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the United States of America and Canada, age 21 and above. To become eligible to win a prize, you must register and enter each contest representing the prize you wish to win. You are responsible for all fulfillment, shipping and postage expenses incurred in delivering your prize to you. The Producers are not responsible for the timely delivery of prizes or lost or stolen prizes. Prizes have no cash value and may become unavailable without notice. In some cases prizes will be mailed to you. All fulfillment charges are ‘final sales’ and non-refundable. To claim your prize in person, you must present 2 pieces of ID at the designated redemption site of the prize within thirty days of winning. The first ID must be government-issued, e.g. Driver’s License, Passport, State ID. The 2nd ID must be bank-issued, such as a Credit, Debit or ATM Card. You must completely fill out a contest release form to claim your prize, including you name, address and telephone number. If you fail to produce proper identification, your prize will be forfeited. Employees of VAsian Productions and Suncastv Entrtainment, the sponsors, their parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies and anyone involved in this contest production, development or handling, and immediate families/household members of anyone so employed are not eligible. If you win a prize, even if you failed to claim it, you will no longer be eligible to win another prize within 90 days from your original win date. When this happens, Any prize won by the same winner within 90 days will be forefeited.
3. PRIZES and ODDS: Prizes and odds vary from contest to contest.
4. WINNER SELECTION: Winners are selected at random by the Producers. Winners must claim their prizes. Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of win date. If the prize has been discontinued, the Producers reserve the right substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes have no cash value or equivalent.
5. CONDITIONS: By entering any and all contests, participants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless the Producers, the server hosting the official website, the station airing the show, their parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, licensees and assigns, advertising and promotional agencies and prize suppliers and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives from any and all claims, injuries, liabilities and damages arising from or relating to his or her participation in the contest and/or acceptance, use or misuse of any prize. By entering this contest, each participant grants permission to the Producers to photograph, use their likeness, voice, prize information and/or biographical information (city and state only) for programming, publicity and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited. Prize fulfillment charges do not include or cover any sales tax, CET or gratuities. Prize claimant is responsible for any and all Federal, State or Local fees and venue, vendor rules and regulations from any legal entity authorized to collect them.
6. OTHER: If for any reason a prize is not claimed or winner is disqualified, the prize will be forfeited. If for any reason the contest is not capable of running as planned, including tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the contest, the Producers and it’s sponsors reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate, and/or suspend the contest and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these official rules, or acts in a disruptive manner. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the judgment of the Producers, which shall be final in all respects. All sales are final. Any and all fees are non-refundable. Any non-compliance with rules or conditions will result in disqualification.
